Dosage
1 to 3 capsules per day maximum, to be consumed with a glass of lukewarm water.

Contains neither gluten nor yeast.
- Mycrocrystalline cellulose (bulking agent): 200mg
- Bromelain (2000 GDU): 160 mg
- Papain (200 NF): 50 mg
- Mg stearate (anti-caking agent): about 14mg
- Capsule (vegetable cellulose): about 90mg
- colorant (Cu-chlorophyll complex): approximately 0.6 mg
